Job description

• Guarantee Customer Satisfaction on all NA company matters as the “voice of the customer”.  
• Representative for NA in all high-level customer meetings.
• Guarantee the implementation and utilization of the SODECIA INTEGRATED SYSTEM (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001_ within all Business Units in NA;
• Provide Quality Management guidance to NA Business Units.
• Guarantee the implementation and the utilization of the SODECIA PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM in all the Business Units in the NA region.
• Participate and guide Projects within the NA region.
• Lead the kickoff of each project inside the NA region
• Manage the NA region resources according to the necessities of each Business Unit to maximize resource utilization.
• Participate on the GATE 0 (SODECIA PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM)
• Lead strategic projects, as per definition of Sub-Holding C.O.O. and or Holding C.E.O.
• Escalate to C.O.O. and or Holding C.E.O. any quality or project deviation that could jeopardize NA regional project targets (Red Flags); 
• Report Status on regional Quality, Projects, and Systems in the Sub-holding meetings and in the Growing the business meetings, using the standard reports/systems.

• APQP and other customer quality systems

• 5PB Problem Solving methodology

• Advanced Excel

• Microsoft Project or similar

• Fluent English language on professional level (any other languages welcomed)

• High mobility - willing to travel regularly within EU

Rýchlo rastúca globálna spoločnosť SODECIA s portugalskými koreňmi vstúpila do strategického partnerstva s Matador Automotive v roku 2017. Vytvorila sa nová štruktúra riadenia, podniky skupiny sa rozdelili na samostatné Business Jednotky (BU) a sú združené a strategicky koordinované Sub-holdingmi.

Sub-holding Body in White Europe (SH SAEUR) spolu s technologickým kompetenčným centrom (PCC) vznikli dňa 1.8.2018 vo Vrábľoch.

V našej divízii figuruje 8 Business Unitov – závodov alebo entít. Závody máme okrem Slovenska v Českej republike, Taliansku, Španielsku a v Nemecku.

Sub-holding pozostáva z riaditeľov príslušných oddelení a špecialistov, vrátane centrálnych oddelení Nákupu a Obchodu.

Zastrešujeme a funkčne zodpovedáme za nové projekty našej divízie, sledujeme kľúčové ukazovatele a dokážeme flexibilne reagovať na rýchlo sa meniaci trh. Naše závody vedieme a podporujeme po odbornej a ľudskej stránke.
